Can someone guess what he means by "the four-speed automatic is the Boost Nazi: "Need one more gear! No boost for you!" in http://www.automobilemag.com/reviews/0308_baja/? I can certainly understand "need one more gear" but boost nazi?

Unhappy

Oh well, we just have to wait, don't we? Pictures look nice under the natural sunlight, instead of spotlights. Do you hear dealers say "no MT?" I do, and it's pretty funny when I show them the pdf spec and picutres from NY autoshow that WAS an MT.

I haven't heard that. Everything I've seen says automatic first then manual, but no mention if that means a few weeks later or several months.

No matter for me though. I want the car for city driving and towing my camping trailer so the auto will be more practical, although less fun.

The "boost nazi" comment is a reference to an episode of Seinfeld (and partly on a real life soup stand in New York City). In it, there is a soup stand that is run by a short tempered and vengeful chef. If anyone bothers him (Elaine informs him that he looks like Al Pacino in Scent of a Woman) he yells "no more soup for you", and bans them from buying his soup. Hence the name "Soup Nazi".
