The poo itself, or was there globs of red in it? If it's just the poo, its probably just from vegetables or something you ate. If there are red blobs, then you might have a problem.

Was it blood or just red stuff? The orange could just be undigestible stuff, like corn is. Either color could be a food dye that is undigestible. However, if it's blood, you should see a doc. The good news is, if it is blood, is that if it's bright red, it's just blood from your ass. Like a hemmoroid bleeding, but it could be rectal problems like an abcess or a fistula or maybe some kind of ass cancer.

black/brown blood = bad
red blood = you probably ripped a hemorrhoid off

blood of any sort could be an indicator of internal bleeding, which coudl be something normal or could be the beginnings of colon cancer.

If it's blood you're seeing, get tested. Soon.
