Question Anyone running 4 FF1000's?

I am going to be...two in the factory fog position, and two mounted on a light bar (pics to come), at about bumper height. They are 55W from the factory.

My question is (and i searched), has anybody tried running 100W bulbs in their driving lights? I know our cars could handle two 100W auxiliary lights. I guess this question would apply to anyone with 4 100W bulbs in addition to the normal headlights, no matter the brand or style. I am looking for verification that our alternator can support this load? I suspect it will too much.

On a side note, the Hella FF1000 adapter plates for the factory fog lights are very nice. Heavy duty and a good fit, but a little expensive at $44. I will definitely try to post some pictures, and night shots for those considering these lights.

Thanks for any responses.

Kev

I was just wondering the same. I am running 2 ff1000's in the fog light holes with 100w bulbs also. (great light output by the way) I will be running 2 ralley 4000 lights on a light bar also. ( really really good light output) I Will be doing an all night tsd rally in a week so after that i should be able to tell you if the car can handle that much of a power draw. Dose anyone know how many amps are needed to run the car with no lights on?
