has anybody ever heard of a twin turbo setup for an imprezza rs or wrx?

My car was the original prototype. I have since removed that setup and gone to a stage 2 setup. Stage 2 makes much more power.

my OBS has two cats (and so do all subarus, i think), would those kits be illegal for street use since they only come with one cat?

the first cat is a 'pre cat'...a reputable exhaust shop did my work and replaced it with a test pipe...if it was illegal then they wouldn't have done it. and i know they follow the law because while i was there a mullet mobile pulled up wanting cat less straight pipes and they said no deal...
