Default Turbo Questions

I will soon be installing a turbo kit I got from Bill over at I-speed. I am just wondering what level of boost I could run on a daily driving basis and not have to worry about reliability issues. This is my setup:
-Garret T3 Turbo
-Spearco Intercooler
-Blitz BOV
-Tial Wastegate
-440cc injectors & Parallel Fuel Line Conversion
-255lph pump
-Wolf 3D Full Engine Management System
-Exedy Clutch
-Jet Hot Coated Uppipe & Downpipe

Anything will help!

Hmm, well I think 6-7 if your on the stock block. Considering you have a full ecu, you more then likely could run a little higher then 7 but I think you will be "safer" with 7 and besides you can tune in a lot of power with 7psi.

then again, I don't have a kit like that. So it might be diffrent.

talk to rhdude about it he knows alot. He has a turbo charged 2.5. But he is right your stock 2.5 block is not that strong to run more then 6-7

FYI: With that setup, we were running 7psi on the street easily with stock internals.
Also, we also cranked up the boost to 10-12 on pleanty of occasions. The engine will hold together if it is tuned correctly, despite what anyone else will tell you. We did it for over 1yr with NO problems.
