I don't know the visual difference... can you guys confirm these as legitimate TurboXS UTECs or Unichips or is it not possible to tell visually?

Those are Unichips with TurboXS plug-n-play harnesses. Whoever sells them as UTECs needs to have his ass kicked.

Here's a few pics from txs's site of a true UTEC.
They don't even have pics of their unichip anymore on their site. Seriously, someone should report that vendor for fraud. Did you find that buy on ebay? Full_Clip is teh worried. |

Well, there were pics of Unichips next to pics of UTECs e.g. the guy posted a pic of the unit he's selling along with a pic of the TXS UTEC.
It didn't say UTEC in the description so I don't think he's attempting to defraud anyone on purpose. |
