Unhappy tranny/clutch problems...

2 nights ago my clutch started to shudder really badly after doing one (1) 3k rpm clutch SLIP in an empty parking lot. So I went home right away and parked it in the garage. Yesterday I got in the car in the afternoon and got in the car. Car started fine and everything. Still noticed some clutch slippage coming out in reverse and in first gear. I went out to drive the car to see if everything was fine. Shifting between the gears is slower (the car is engaging in each gear slower than usual) and when I let off the clutch and gas, it feels more "gappy" and a little notchier. The gas pedal is noticeably stiffer and it seems as though the ecu has cut power from the car because by the time i reach 3k rpm's the turbo hasn't even kicked in yet (I have a catless pde uppipe and downpipe). What's worse is that the clutch smell is coming back in full force during normal driving. What could be the problem? I've already notified my subaru dealership and they will be looking at the car next week. I don't see how any/all of this could have happened from a 3k clutch slip. Oh yeah, when I let off the clutch all the way and mashed the throttle to the floor 2 nights ago, when the rpm's got to 6k, the car held it there by itself (weird) and would climb any higher, so I just let off. Any help is much appreciated.

Check your private messages...I can help you.

I take it you are still running the factory sludge (trans fluid)?

That stuff is shocking to drain, mine was solid black/grainy looked like mud. Let's give what I suggested in the PM a shot...might help.

BTW what mileage are you at? Were you gentle the first 1,000 miles?

Still running factory tranny oil. I babied my car for about 1,300 miles. I don't understand how changing the oil out could solve this, especially if it happened all of a sudden.
