Thumbs up For Sale: '00 GT Grill

Hey there -

I am selling my stock 2000 Legacy GT Grill and a pair of CATZ Galaxy White (4300k) H1 bulbs that will fit the 2000+ Legacy.

The grill was on the car for about 18k miles, and is in great condition. The only thing missing is the tiny silver plastic nub in the center of the top, in the rear of the grill. I think this is just there to help align when installing...it just came off when I removed the grill. Other than that it looks great. No scratches/dings. The badge is black/silver.

I am selling the grill for $100 plus whatever UPS would be (I am in LA).

SOLD >> The CATZ bulbs were only used for about 5k miles, and were only taken out because I bought an HID conversion kit. I highly recommend these bulbs for their nice bright white/slightly violet color. I would like to get some H3's for my fogs because they would match the HIDs better than anything else I've seen.

The bulbs are selling for $25 + UPS (total - both bulbs included).

Please e-mail or PM me with any more questions. Thanks! - Ward

Catz Galaxy White bulbs are by far the best aftermarket "HID-like" bulb available. I had them in my Morettes before I went HID and they looked and worked great. Very similar to Audi/BMW HID color. I'd highly recomend these to any BD/BG Legacy owner with Morettes.

Great Price too!

Default Agree wholeheartedly

Thanks jacobhorn!

I completely agree that these are the best non-HID bulbs, as far as color and quality. If I didnt have my HID kit, these would be the bulbs I would keep! My PIAA Xtreme White bulbs I currently have in my fogs look aqua colored compared to these.

(in fact, if anyone has any H3 Galaxy Whites they want to TRADE me for my H1's - or my PIAA Xtreme White H3's, I would be all over it!)

Default HIDs

I am also using stock housings. The beam-pattern isnt exactly perfect, but the improvement over stock halogen bulbs is well worth it.

I thought my legacy had some of the worst/dimmest headlights I've ever owned in a car when I first drove at night. I couldnt see very well at all (and I have 20/20 vision!). So - i got the HIDs.

The cutoff is far from sharp, but after a lot of re-aiming, the beams dont go so high as too blind oncoming drivers.

my left side beam has like "U" shape and right one is "---" flat.

the right one is just a tiny bit higher than left..

Default grill

I replaced my stock grill with an '03 grill. I prefered the open "egg crate" look - which matched my tint and dark wheels better, IMHO >>>>
