Post How to remove check engine light?

I tried a few searches on this and came up with nothing. I have a custom turbo kit installed, and I don't believe I have an O2 sensor or a MAF unit. So I just don't see the point in keeping it, since it always on anyway due to the removal of these sensors. I have heard that you can take the dash off, but assuming I do this, how do I get to the light or cut the power going to this individual light -- I'm not sure which cord it is. If you have any insights -- I don't recall whether the popular turbo kits still do this (leave the check engine light on) I really appreciate it. Thanks!

I have had my check engine light on going on 2 years now. Ugh! I am sick of it. Thought I would get used to it. At some point I am going to just get whatever sensor I need to have (probably after cat) and get it put in there custom by rallispec. Might as well go and do it right.

Thanks for the help, guys. I just removed it, but I think I hit my gas indicator dial, and moved it like a few millimeters. Anyway, it was actually pretty easy. It only took me about 20 minutes, and all I had to do was pull the light bulb out from the back. Kevin, it really is pretty easy, all you need is a small Phillips head screwdriver.
