Default Bunk Gas?

So it looks like i have a crap tank of gas from 7-11 (citco gas?) 91oct but i wanted your guys opinion on this since i'm still pretty new to UTEC tuning here.

I've never had a single knock event while testing on flat roads till last night when i decided to drive up the canyon. I gained less than 300' in altitude so not much different than my base 5000' altitude. I didn't even get up the first hill before the CEL light flashed at me.

Plugged in the laptop, turned the ABC back a full turn and tried another hill, same problem, turned back another turn bringing me down to 13 gauge max boost (10.6 absolute), same problem. Knock only happened in 3rd gear at ~60mph. Am i off base to think that is pretty damn low boost to be getting knock??

4755 087 -4.3 10 ECU. rich 00000
4329 096 -0.4 30 ECU. rich 00000

4528 097 +12.0 60 +22.0 rich 00000
4585 095 +13.0 60 +22.2 rich 00000
4616 086 +12.8 50 +14.3 rich 00004
4604 058 +12.6 00 ECU. rich 00000
4504 000 +9.2 00 ECU. 13.3 00000
4566 000 +4.1 00 ECU. lean 00000
4559 000 -0.8 00 ECU. lean 00000
I understand uphill puts more strain on the car but why is that creating knock when flat roads aren't?

Should I back my boost map off at that rpm or just wait to get a different tank of gas?

If you have never had problems before, maybe you should wait until a new tank of gas. I wouldn't go through all the hassle changing maps just incase it is bad gas.
