Default Plz help on mudflap install....

Hey folks. I ordered a set of the STi mudflaps and they arrived today. (yeah! hopefully no more 2x/week washes) I know the instructions for them will be in Japanese (as were my sill plates and pedal covers) but am a little worried about drilling holes all around my wheelwell sans instructions. Is there anyone here who has installed these and can ease my mind? Just want to make sure I don't do anything I SHOULDN'T, or miss a step that NEEDS to be done. Can anyone help me out? Please?....and thx!

Instead of helping you I would like to make a request. If someone is able to help with instructions; maybe you can take some photos and post them while you do it. That would help any of the rest of us considering this.

Thanks,
offset

That's probably not too bad an idea Offset - although I'm hoping it's a fairly easy job to be honest. Here's a link with a picture of the ones I'm talking about if it helps those who may be familiar:

Seriously, this may very well be a simple job - just hoping someone can say that so I don't have to worry I'm messing anything up. Thx!

Does that work out to about $150 U.S. for two mud flaps? Ouch!

Wow SilverBolt - I got the SAME response on Postnuke too! Yeah - it was a TOUGH call, as I know they're ridiculously overpriced.....but my STi is black and my driveway is gravel. I have been CREEPING across it, worried about rocks getting tossed into the paint....and am also hoping it minimizes the "spray" on the bottom of the doors that's happening when it rains (as that's all it does in New England any more!) So nobody's installed these or anything that's similiar???

The official STi logo mudflaps from UK Suby dealers (and Graham Goode) are running around 175 pounds for the front two and 175 pounds for the rear two.......for all four you're talking $525 USD !!
