Default BBS Gold Paint & Brembo Caliper Paint, where to find?

Where can I find matching touch-up paints for the BBS Gold wheels and the Brembo calipers to cover up minor chips and scratches if they occur?

BTW, Brembo wants $250 to repaint a caliper and they don't sell touch-up paint.

I contacted Brembo several weeks ago and was told that they don't sell touch-up paint, but they would be happy to repaint the calipers for $250/each

for something that specialized, and if you only need it for touch up, how about high temp or engine paint that you can pick up at a car part store or home depot?

I was going to contact brembo for the paint formula and have paintscratch.com mix up a batch. 250 to repaint is ridiculos.
If I ever take the brake caliper off I will have my local auto paint supplier match it up. they van scan it and come up with a very close match.

Heck, I would rather paint mine red. Still not a big fan of the gold. I wonder if Brembo sells Hi-Temp Brembo logos...

I agree that Brembo is a pain to deal with becuase of their "elitist" corporate mentality. I also agree that $250 to repaint a caliper is ridiculous. However, I put a $2000+ Wilwood kit on my WRX (before I bought the STi) and it was the best $2000+ I ever spent on a mod. Saved me from 2 major accidents.......kinda silly to flame someone for spending $ on brakes if they work well.

Look on the face of the guy who smashed into the back of my car after I sucessfully stopped short of running down the neighbor's kid who chased a ball into the street....... that's priceless. Feeling you get knowing that you were able to stop......also priceless.
