Question Quick ? about the I/C Spray button light

Just wondering if my I/C spray button light is broke or not. You could help me out real quick.
At night, with headlights on, the "I/C" on top of the button that says "I/C Water Spray" is not lit up, but the "Water Spray" is?
Also, next to it, on the headlight adjustment knob only the number of the headlight level is lit, but the picture of the headlights, or anything else is not lit.
Is this what everyone's looks like, or is one of my little bulbs or fuses busted.
Thanks in advance!

I think that is how mine is as well. I would have to double check tonight.

That is normal. I could be wrong but I was sure the earlier JDM models (e.g. 22B) didn't have "I/C" above so maybe it was something they added for US market, but without transparency so as to be illuminated.
