I got my Sti in early July and installed VR 18' that same week. I am ready to sell brand new gold rims and Potenza's for 4000 Canadian or approx 3000 US OBO

Well, I'm looking into 18's as well... Can you answer something for me, please?

1. Did you need to lower the car with 18's. Some people say it looks wierd unless the car is lowered?

2. How is the handling and ride quality compared to the stock 17's

3. What tires did you replace the potenzas with?

Hey Sims7STi,

I just sold those exact same rims for 2000 (with the tires). Like you, I was asking for 3000 for them but I got made fun of a lot for asking so much for them. Apparently they've been going for between 1600-2000 on forums like this. I saw a set go for 2400 on ebay but that is supposedly really high. Anyways, good luck selling those rims. What kind of Volks did you get?
