3/16" restrictor mod

I DID IT
WOW big difference, i have a tough time getting that while coupling out, but after i put in the new one, big difference
well, for a $1.00 mod

full boost earlier

but anyway what is this? changing piping to or from turbo etc?

I've heard mixed results from this mod. I never tried it personally, but here is the link to the mod...

Gotcha now

Maybe I'll give it a try. I've already take out the intake resonator and replaced it. The lost torque was not worth it.

I couln't find such a small pipe, they all looked much beefier in the STi motor.

Its located in the same place. The restrictor is white in color.

I see, I was looking at the wrong side of the intercooler. Another reason why I couldn't find it is that's where I tapped my boost gauge into so the restrictor has been off for some time now.
