when i installed my alarm it interfered with my new alarm when the installer left part of the alarm in my car. After I reset my ECU it kept making clicking noises. I had to go in myself and disconnect part of the stock alarm to stop the sound...and now everything is good.

Best thing is to take out/disable all the components of the old alarm that you don't need for your new one..

yeah, what dRu said...take out the old alarm to make sure it won't screw things up w/ the new one.

thanks, i learned a big lesson, after i installed it, it was perfectly fine. So i went out with some friends and when i armed my car it armed my stock alarm as well as the aftermarket and i left my aftermarket alarm keys at home. It was a disaster. thanks

after i installed it though, my lfront left blinker stopped working...the back is perfectly fine, but the front is out. Is there a chance i screwed up the wiring or diid i just blow the bulb?

i don't know what i'm going to do with stock alarm, its still sitting in my car.
