Default auto dimming compass broke?

I think my compass on my auto-dimming mirror broke. The electronic display has nothing on it and I can't get it to turn on. I tried pushing the right button for a little but nothing happened.

has anyone else had this problem?

I have 2 12" in my car and the bass shakes the piss out of the mirror. Do you think that might be the cause? I've only had the car for 3000 miles.

The auto-dimming mirror/compass ought to be a warrantable item. I'd suggest taking it to your dealer to get a replacement.

was that connected to the clock fuse? if so, try resetting it by
taking out the fuse, wait about 10 sec and see if it goes on
afterwards.

I've had the same problem too, and I'm not sure what caused it either.
