According to the diagram on page WI-109 of the "Engine Electrical System" subsection of the service manual, the "Engine Speed Output" signal is output from the ECU on connector B134 Pin 23. The wire in the harness at this point is green.

but that is only the speed sensor not the RPM sensor

Engine speed = rpm
