help engine swap problems

I am doing a swap from a 95 1.8 impreza and I am putting in a 93 2.2turbo. I have the full front wiring harness. It just seems that there is not enough wir to run the ecu from the passenger side and hang the main fuse box on the drivers side wall. There is also a pass through of some sort that we can not figure out what it is for. Any help would be appreciated.

If you're swapping in a JDM engine & ECU, you'll probably need to lengthen some wires, as the ECU's from japan are on the other side of the car (rhd, passenger side is on the left)...

yeah sorry about that. Then engine is not jdm and it is from a 93 turbo legacy.

Have you looked at the wiring in a Legacy Turbo? Try to just do yours similar to the way it was from the factory.

Things might not fit perfectly though, due to the difference in chassis, firewall, etc..

I know my friend is installing an SR20 in his 240sx, and the front clip from Japan had wires running down the left side, while it runs on the right side on his USDM chassis.
