Angry my window is getting scratched

my windows are getting scratched by dirt getting in the alignment pads from what i can tell

is there any way to fix this
i heard about some liquid that supposedly goes in the cracks then hardens but could i trust that? and how do i stop it from happening again


please help me i dont wanna go pay 200 for a new window

Are there cracks in your windshield because there is something that the local glass repair shops use. I had them to repair one from a rock strike(it keeps the materials from seperating).

Also check with your insurance company to see if they offer any coverage for that type of damage.

The windows get scratched, live with it. You can have the dealer replace the felt padding or adjust it or whatever, but if you don't keep your windows clean, they'll get scratched again.

my passager window has the same problem. when i role it down it rubs the whole way down to the point that it has left a line in my window. In my car there was a little piece of metel just under the ruber seal that was too close so it would rub. Pull the ruber seal back and look and see if that is your problem. The dealer should fix it for you for free

I got mine both replaced under warranty. It is not dirt, it's a problem with the window tracks, the material wears away exposing the glass to metal causing scratches. RS's have always gotten them and now I see some WRX's getting it as well. Crappy design.
