Battery Relocation
Does anyone know the rules for having a battery relocation. I have heard that if you do this you have to have a battery kill switch in the rear of the car as per racing rules. I do not understand why this is so because if you have the battery in the front it is no easier to shut the car off as it is in the rear of the car. Even if you do disconnect the battery regardles of were it is the car will still run because the alternator is still allowing it to. I just would like some more info on why this is a rule and the reasoning behind the rule.
thanks, Joe
