has anyone heard of a ram air type of device like the ferrari forced air induction using the hood scoop made for the imprezas with a hood scoop?

I believe TWE makes one for the right vent.

and there was another company (maybe twe also) that had a filter that sat right under the center scoop.

I had experimented with a fiberglass housing that just had the filter element exposed to the scoop and some rubber around it to seal with the hood down. It didn't seem to do much but get filled up with crap. Went back to my DIY CAI.
