Please explain how they bring a bad rep to subaru.
And before this gets blown out of proportion were just making some stickers that say "Pray For Rain Racing". So spare me the teams are gay thing.

Teams usually (at least Chicago area) are usually made out of street racers, driving recklessly, and being little beeches, anything to make their team look good, anything but actual driving skill. You have a bunch of those little suckers flying around and before you know it, Subaru’s get generalized as a bunch of ricers, loud and obnoxious. Giving a bad representation of other Subaru drivers, or Honda drivers or any other brand whatever the case might be.

My impression of a Team is a bunch of immature beeches looking to get respect, not earn it, but expect to get it automatically, because they are a team.
That’s my $0.02

I cringe at every WRX with a team banner on it's windshield. “Another goddamn teenager who will get my insurance rates to climb.”

I hear “Team” I automatically assume street racing kids. I jump to conclusions due to the very vague announcement about the start of a team. I just got a bad experience with teams, there is not pun intended you any of you.

If it’s a street racing team, they are still Teh Ghey.

Well you need not worry because I share your feelings on street ricer wannabes. I do about 20 to 30 auto-x's every summer, a few track events, and not to metion TSD rallies. Damon also does his fair share of auto-x's. So were making these for ourselves but if any one else wants one their welcome to have one. As long as there not a ricer.

That has to be the biggest pile of crap I've read in awhile.....If you keep voicing your (skewed) opinion like that people will no doubt think JUST the way you don't want them to.

I think KC might have something to say about organizing a group using one of the slogans he currently markets. That is, unless he's the official supplier of team decals and has given full blessings.

Marcin...then it is time for a change

I have been a member of a team for a few years. Where we started our team they are regognized as some of the best autocrossers in the region. All of the team's logos are small (except the one on my FMIC) and/or on magnets for autocrossing. We don't care if someone else knows we are on a team or not, just that we support & push each other.

So just because in this area most teams are little pricks that think they have to prove something, all teams are not.

Default Teams?

What's the point of having a team?
Why not just consider your "team" as your friends?
Why are you excluding all other cars besides Subaru's?
What if you meet somebody really cool who drives say an Integra, would you let him hang out with your "team" even though he doesn't have a Subaru?
What if a member of your "team" doesn't want the team logo sticker on his car? Can he still be on the team?

I agree with Marcin, I have been asked about joining "teams" before and they are usually composed of street racers. Actually all of them have been street racers. If your team is not, good for you.

1. That is our point.
2. You're not our friend, so why bother asking?
3. Because we can (aka 3 year old rationale)
4. no, absolutely not.
5. No, we would disavow him and eventually see that he was ostracized and sent to live in Sierra Leone to continue the fight for "the cause"

Basically, our team is gonna be mutually exclusive to all of our stuck up friends who drive Scoobs, look down on others who don't and talk about Trent's upcoming turbo legacy anticipation meltdown syndrome while Phil powers down yet another fine meal at the local Ruby Tuesday's after another 2200 mile drive to an auto-x in which he isn't even getting points for... Basically- we don't know you, so take a hike kid

Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha

If you don't own a subaru why would you pray for rain at an auto-x. Also If you don't want the logo sticker on your car you can either get the team logo underwear(only in briefs sorry) or tattoo.
