Default SMP Race Radiators

SpeedMonkee Performance (SMP) Race Radiator.

Expect a 40% increase in Cooling efficiency with this race design single core Aluminum radiator. This is 100% designed and engineered here in the USA. It’s a handmade product in limited production quantities to ensure the top quality product you expect for a performance level radiator. All materials are sourced from Ron Davis - a premier name in race car cooling applications. We believe in using the best and this is reflected in the quality of materials and craftsmanship used to produce each one.

1.5" Single row Core - this was chosen b/c of its straight thru design and for best fitment into the stock location. This is a no fuss and perfect fitment solution. Reuses stock fans. Optional matching Aluminum overflow bottle is in development and will be available in a few weeks. Contact us if you are interested.

Our radiators have these features:
• Race car performance and quality for your race car or street car.
• Completely constructed from aircraft quality 6061-T6 aluminum alloy.
• Fully tig welded fixture built for accuracy.
• No epoxy bonding
• Furnace brazed core..
• Exclusive multi louvered fin design for exceptional cooling.
• No need to run outlandish thick core radiator.
• CNC formed header tanks.
• Radiators are direct bolt in design that require no modification to any existing factory accessories or body work.
• Correct outlets and hardware bosses to accept factory fans and hoses.
• Race track and street proven.
• Pressure tested to 32 psi - far beyond actual cooling system safe operating pressures.

1 year warranty on materials and construction.

$475

gooter80,

03 was redesigned for the stock model and they added an extra cap on the rad itself on later 03 cars. With all of the aftermarket Rads, you use your stock rad fill reservoir (near the turbo). There is no need for one on the rad itself with this radiator. Stock one is sufficient.

This was designed on my 03 wrx and we have several out there already on 02 and 04 customer cars.

How would this work on an RS? I'm not sure the radiator fill system you describe is the same. (2003 RS, btw, same body style). Would think the radiator cap would be necessary, is the WRX different in this sense?

Default Shroud

the shroud only works on the RS 02-04. Not the radiator.
Pic of it is above. RS mounted. Sorry for the confusion.

These are where your stock fans screw into.

Same as the stock version.

GForced, time to buy now. Pricing is going up. I am now selling these at other premium vendors and can no longer offer the great price of $425 much longer. Last 3 in stock at this price. After they are gone, we are back to MSRP $475 shipped.

Thanks to all who have supported Speedmonkee so far!

Just to let you know, we will be shortly offering a matching overflow can with our radiator. As soon as I can get my car fitted, we will begin production of the can in matching polished aluminum.
