Default Stale Double Stuffed Oreos

Is it just me, or do Oreos in general taste better when they're soft from being stale... ok, i just might be me... mmm, delicious fatty junk food!! WOOT

To me, Oreos and many other cookies are much better when stale.

Mother's Oatmeal cookies are another example of a cookie that's better stale than fresh. I have some sitting open in my cupboard right now trying to get stale. Usually I don't have neough willpower and eat them before they get into their most favorably stale state.

I buy cookies, and immediately take them out of the package and throw that away.

The problem is that you just need to add milk to the equation. You've got to use the milk to soften up the cookies. As an added bonus you get a nice cold glass of milk to wash it all down with. If you're eating chocolate, you gots to have an icy cold glass of milk Mmmm...milk and oreos...
