Default Torque Specs on Exhaust Manifold Bolts?

Does anyone have the torque specs on the exhaust manifold bolts on a
2.5RS.

I think all the auto-xing on a rough lot may have loosened my
headers, because I hear a little whisp of exhaust under heavy
throttle.

I tightened them pretty tight a couple times, but I didn't want to
strip them.

Thanks!

Torque specs for the nuts that secure the header to the block are minimum 15ft-lbs and maximum 21ft-lbs.

This information is from Keith Croucher at TWE.
