Nick - I am still interested in your rims once you get the new ones! But please don't leave those blasted RE92's on! I don't want to have to wear out another set!

BTW the wife mod has actually been good, she can turn a wrench just as quickly as most of my friends!

wrxwannabe - The auto-x in St. Pete is being put on by the Sunriders Miata Club. It's held at a police driving course at St. Pete JC. It's usually $25 that includes lunch and is a really good (& fun) practice auto-x.

Leonardo - I have heard of Dynamic Turbo in Miami from some Supra guys I know, they are pretty highly recomended, but I've never dealt with them personally.

Kyle - Cool, see ya there!

Think we should start an Opie and Nick discussing the *BIG* FL Meet.
It still sounds cool. Once we get 6 Impreza's it will be really cool. I wanna see what kind of mods you all have. I especially wanted to see kyle's setup. It does not look like I will be getting the cool stuff for my car anytime soon. Oh well. More reason for me to go to the palm bay meet. you going to the palm bay meet right opie? Maybe we should make that one the *BIG* FL meet. By the way, anyone with a cam coming Ft Myers? I wanna store some pics on my website too of My first meet
I pick up my car today Opie. just in time.

Well, I'm off right after work to Fort Myers NickSTI emailed me last night and said he wouldn't be able to make it. He's still having problems with his car, but said he might get it back in time. What time will people be arriving in Fort Myers on Saturday?

Ok guys (and ladies):

Sorry... life has been just a shade under chaotic lately... I just finally graduated college last weekend, been working with the existing servers... trying to work with alex on getting the new one squared away... among other things...

anyway... I am not sure what I will be able to do about making the autox... I really want to go... but I don't really think I can spend a night... nor do I have a room...

What is the event schedule?... I might just head up and back in one day. I can't really be gone for the entire weekend... to many obligations...

Course this is all pending them actually finishing the install on my ACT clutch.

Ok... is there even a chance of getting a room? How much? When is everyone leaving? I live in Davie (Ft. Lauderdale) so I am not that far from a few of you from what I read in the posts... when is the caravan near me leaving? I still have work... so I prolly wouldn't be able to leave till tomorrow anyway.

Later... if anyone gets this before it's too late... please let me know what's going on.

Nick,
Congrats on your graduation!
Here's the deal for this weekend:
Matt (brille@gate.net) got us rooms at the Residence Inn (Marriott) on Colonial in Ft. Myers, I think they are $59 a night. Most of the guys from S. Florida are meeting tonight and caravaning over, us Tampa guys are meeting tomorrow and cruising down. The actual auto-x competition is on Sunday (this is where the "meet" will take place) at Buckingham Airfield. You can find maps, directions & auto-x info at: http://www.gulfcoastautocrossers.com. Saturday night all us hotel junkies are going out to eat together, and auto-x practice is all day Saturday at the airstrip for those arriving tonight.
Hope you get a chance to come out! If not there's yet another autocross event May 21st in Palm Bay, FL (2 hours north of Ft. Lauderdale).

wrxwannabe - yeah, I post here before i get flamed by opie some more
I have the borla headers on my car and it seems they are giving my O2 sensor a real B.J. and my sensor doesn't like it
My check engine light code was cleared, I dropped my car off and picked it back up (from past NickCat's side actually) and 40 miles later WHAM the light comes back on. I do not want to damage my sensor by driving too much on it now, so I will be tuning my car over the weekend to lean out (I can smell how rich my car is running at the moment). Again, sorry that I cant make it. I told my friend that unless my car BLOWS up May 21 I WILL BE THERE! (shut up opie! )
Have lots of fun for me tho'.

Thanks Opie...

I will try to figure out what I can do tonight...

Just picked up my car with the ACT... pretty damn nice... I still need to adjust the throw though... it's waaaaay to short right now... or I am just not use to a clutch that dosen't slip a TON...

anyway... I will make it if I can... but will prolly only come up for one day... maybe saturday... I would actually rather meet everyone than see the autox anyway...
