Default exhaust not sounding good

exhaust doesn't sound so good.

i have borla headers, stromung cat pipe to stromung midpipe and the bosal 2.5 rs exhaust (upgraded one) well the headers sound nice and but it makes the rest of the exhaust have a hollow tinny sound 2 it? anyone else use the 2.5 rs bosal exhaust and borla headers?

To mellow out the sound, you need a resonator. A resonator will decrease the higher pitched (tinny) sound of your exhaust, while leaving the midrange and rumble.

Sometimes the rattly/tinny sound comes from bad gaskets.

Yeah, really! I had a header gasket go on me and it sounded just horrible. Made my car sound like a total beater. I just got some copper tubing that was welded into a ring and it did the job. No more leaks (so far). And, unlike the OEM gasket, it was cheap.
