Default A/C belt tensioner is broken?

That might explain the squeaking when the compressor starts.... grrrrr

It's that piece that has the bolt that runs parallel to the pulley just below the AC compressor that's broken. I assume this is for tensioning the belt. The bottom of it is swaying in the beeze.

Is there anything else driven off the A/C belt? I'd rather just drive it in (with the flapping piece tied down) and get a new part. I think I could even replace it unless I need a special tool to tighten the belt?

Does someone have a part # I could phone in and order? (Unless it's not fixable at home)
