Default Anyone considering buying a Ludespeed better read this

I hate to be the one to do this, but it has to be done.

I was planning a turbo upgrade when I found this thread. These guys have been waiting a YEAR for thier stuff. I almost ordered from him too. I'm glad it was delayed so I could find this.

No, I don't work for AVO or anyone in this business. Below is the link. Decide for yourselves.

Heh, sounds like they are getting their pipes if you read the thread. OTOH, I got my kit within days of the schedules delivery date.

Mine's for sale if anyone wants a ludespeed kit that's ready to ship out tomarrow.

I read the entire thread. And, 10 months later...................No one has seen anything but talk.

IIRC, that was right about the time when he was shutting down house to get everything back organized. I also know that he crashed his Prelude around then as well... maybe that had something to do with not being able to get the kits together.

I dunno... he's a good guy, though it's not like he disappeared, either. PSI Performance on this board is Ludespeed and they're even registered as a vendor and all. *shrug*

Just a short glance at the last page, and it looks like the probe that Tom had to do the fab work on he no longer had access to. so he needed another volunteer, and on the last page somebody volunteered. Didn't see any hate remarks in there at the end (which is current to this day).

Tom is a great vender, sometimes things get out of our hands and he lost access to the car he was using to fab pieces.... it happens.

I bought my kit on the first group buy, have been in touch with him for a couple little parts after that, and just put a big order in to get the link and some other products.... I have bought from Tom multiple times, and would buy again in a heartbeat.

I'm glad you folks are happy with the Ludespeed kits.

I just wanted to give you guys a "heads up". That thread looks alot like the JC Sports thread.

Eh? The JC Sports threads looked nothing like that. Comparing that situation to the JC Sports one is straight-up wrong. Unless you were around for the JC Sports deal (of which otherwise is indicated by your register date), try another comparison.

I have read every post, including the JC Sports fiasco. I had to re-register, so my register date is not accurate.

I'm not going to debate this with you. I simply posted a link on a group buy that went south. They ordered thier stuff 10 months ago, and they don't have it, yet.

If you want to buy from him, go right ahead.

I'm not going to persue this.

I love my kit. Took about 2 months to get but you have to think there are alot of parts to gather together. There is also a good amount of cutting and welding of pipes. Something to think about when complaining.
