Default oem filter

Hi, according to this site, http://sd.autohausaz.com/autohausaz/...6@Oil%20Filter

the brand "FULL" is the OEM filter, but I've heard that FULL makes crappy filters but everyone says that Subaru's OEM filter is the best?

Is the FULL brand filter not OEM, especially at such a low price?

my question is for that price, why would you bother? You can get a purolator L filter and at least have a reputable manufacturer making your oil filter instead of an "unknown". Hell you can get Proline or powerflo filters for nearly a buck less and it'll still be a better deal (proline = made by purolator).

"Full" is a company in Thailand that has supposedly made a replicated OEM Tokyo Roki oil filter like the original black filters before the blue ones were introduced. They seem to be pretty good in quality. I've had no problems as of yet.

proline/powerflo can be found at pepboys and other stores. Just need to do some homework on some of the "off" brands since most of them are made by the same companies making the big name brands.
