Default need help, towed by 2 wheels, drivetrain making noises

hi everyone, well, as in the title, we believe my cousins WRX was towed by 2 wheels, there's weird clunking noises coming from the center diff. , a new dent in her front fender, a dent in her GAS TANK (god knows how that got there), but mostly just worried about the drivetrain and that noise coming from the center diff.... anyone experience this and have any tips on how to pursue getting this fixed and claimed from the towing company.....

extra notes, they towed her car before, but on a ?cradle? or something... that time the vehicle also came back w/ exterior damage done to the rear bumper, paint chipping and an obvious hit, but she let that slide....

thanx all, please help me show my cuzzo how helpful the nasioc community is...

Ruel,

the towing company is now at fault for not towing it on a flat bed... you might want to contact a lawyer. at the very least, they should pay for the repairs, and maybe even the body work and paint if you can prove that they did it.

why was it towed?

carlsen will take care of you. either SOA will pay for it, or the towing company will pay for it. ive looked into getting a lawyer, but no need unless things get UGLY. ugly as in your car has been sitting there untouched by anyone for weeks, tow company is refusing contact w/ you, etc. otherwise, carlsen will take care of you or the tow company will. i suggest you not get a lawyer as of yet, because their fees will be coming out of your pocket, and lawyers arent on the value menu these days.
