Default Oil leak or something else?

I notice sometimes that when my wrx is parked in the garage, I see a small pool of liquid underneath the car. Could it be an oil leak? I've wiped some of it on a paper towel and the liquid is a clear light yellow, (kinda like new motor oil) but when I touch it, it doesn't feel like oil. It seems to be thicker than water. Plus since it is clear, I checked the oil dipstick and wiped it on a papertowel and it is black. The oil level "seems" to be "full". What I mean by this is that when I wipe the dipstick and put it back, and then pull it out again, there is oil from the low to middle range, and sporadic oil marks in between the middle and full indicator on the dipstick. I hope that makes sense

Anybody know what might be leaking? Everything seems to be normal (the gauges) and I get no CELs.

condensate from the air conditioner? Where relative to the engine is it located? The condensate drain is on the passenger side of the car, low on the firewall.

Get under your car, if you can, and see if you spot anything dripping.

Brake/clutch fluid is usually a clear straw-colored liquid and it definitely does not feel like water. You could buy a small bottle for a dollar or two at an auto parts store and see if you think that is it. If so, I would take it to the mechanic fairly quickly to find the leak because (a) you don't want to lose even partial brake function and (b) the stuff eats up paint like there's no tomorrow, so the shorter time it's leaking over your painted body metal, the better.

It's actually right underneath the driver's side door, maybe about a foot away from the left front tire and the door hinge. It happens when I've run the car for about an hour or more, and then when I park it in the garage, the next day I notice a small puddle of that liquid.

If you can, take that wheel off and take a look at the caliper to see if it's wet at all.

After taking another look, it's actually right next to the 3rd catalytic converter on the driver's side.

So, does it look/feel like brake/clutch fluid?
