Default car have about 300 miles, and it pulls a little to right

will they cover it? or the owner have to pay for that??

Cars often come with a shotty alignment from the factory or it gets knocked out of spec during transport. You could ask the dealer if they will give you a free alignment based on the low low miles, but I don't know if they HAVE to. Another thing you could do is call SOA and see if they'll have it done... might have to bitch a little to get it done.

Check the cheap and easy things first. Do all the tires have correct cold pressure?

Huh?
Go to the part store and buy yourself a tire pressure gauge.
The recommended tire pressures are listed in the owner's manual.
Check the pressure when the tires are cold.
