swap and N20. gone. : (

Question 22b wing vs. stock coupe wing weight

What is the weight difference between the 22b wing and the 2.5RS Coupe wing. What about the V.5 wing? Thanks


P.S. The reason I ask is because I like the wing but don't want to add tons of weight.

The V5 is substantially heavier. Just ask my poor trunk lid

When you pull the release now, it just clicks and you have to pull the lid up. Also when you shut it, you have to be real careful about shutting it, or it will slam REALLY hard. I don't have exact numbers, but I would guess at least 2x as much maybe 3x

But it looks so nice

Hi guys,

Most replacement/aftermarket wings are made of fibreglass...with heavy gel coats/resins

Original spoilers are injection moulded.. and nice and light.

Thats the difference... not the actual spoilers.. The only people I know who have original (proper) 22B spoilers are 22B owners.. lol

The rest are copies..
