i believe the forge will fit
the other option is to buy a wrx bov flange (they are avaiable) connect a hose to it and mount a bov remotly

Do you need an intercooler or do you have one already? I have one if you need it.

Surprisingly your best bet is to look over at the Legacycentral BBS. (first generation legacy)

Since its the only turbo subaru as your generation of vehicle we had the same problems. We have found a couple intercoolers that fit.

I had to mill down the intercooler, to get it to fit without hitting the firewall. I'm using a GFB 50/50 with no problems. It clears the throttle linkage. I did remove the cruise control portion of the throttle linkage, but I don't believe that it was a must. It probably would have fit anyway.

Hope this helps.

I dropped the cruis control unit (not needed). the stock TMIC and a GFB 50/50 BOV and the stock cable all in use with no problem except that I had to mount my old cable mount onto the new one (via bolt). I had to bend the old one slightly but i t fits fine.
Hope this helps, Micah
