Default what front axel should i use?

hey- ive got a JDM 4.11 tranny going in my car from a 94 wrx, im missing the passenger side axel i believe, what shoudl i get an axel from? i really dont want to have differnt sized axels-

will a legacy fit? if so, what years should i be looking for-

also, are driverside and passenger side axels difernt?

Axles are the same for either side.

Don't know what would be the same size as the 94 wrx axle though.
