Default Any1 know how to remove a water meter lock

Just as the title says. Someone didnt pay the water bill. So im a bit pissed. But yea id like to get this thing off so I can take a shower in the morning. Ideas anyone?

I would but the damn thing is under water lol. I might just cut it off. Sure ill have to pay a fine of some sort but it beats not taking a shower lol.

It would suck to go to jail just because you wanted a shower. I believe tampering with a public utility is at least a misdemeanor.
