Post At this rate, nbci.com will shut me down...

<FONT face="Comic Sans MS">Ok, I don't know what happened today specifically, maybe alot of people modding things and playing hookey from work today, but you guys are killing my site! (I don't mind at all ). To this point (about 930pm East Coast Time) there have been (and I still can't believe it) 830 hits to my site!!! That tops my best day by at least 200 (the day I put up the WRX ECU pinouts), and the day isn't over yet! There are people from fractal Soviet republics viewing it- anyone know something I don't???

Rant mode on:

It's very sad to see that sites which host personal web pages for free are so concerned about huge hit counts. They make their money by displaying ads on your pages. More hits = more ads displayed = profit. Killing popular sites is not in their best interest and it leads to the overall reduction of the usefullness of the internet.

Rant mode off.

Thanks for listening. Your site rocks Brian!

Hey Brian, let me know if you need a server. azscooby.com would be more than glad to help you out. We run Linux (I won't begin to bash the buggy and hackable Win2k) and primary & secondary DNS servers.

Feel free to host on my servers. Win2000, IIS 5, Cold Fusion Ent... Running my own DNS and mail servers as well. Buy a domain name and it's easy to host, or you can sub host off of RS25.com.

PM me if you are interested.
