Default Is the WRX turbo a direct swap with a legacy turbo?

I have the JC Sports kit with a legacy turbo, and I think my turbo might be going will know for sure tomorrow after further inspection. Besides the obvious need to clock the turbo would a WRX turbo be a direct bolt on?

The DP flange is the same, but the legacy turbo has a 90 degree elbow on it that won't work with the WRX turbo (unless it's an old one).

The downpipe flange should be different. The legacy RBH5 turbos use a 4 bolt flange, whereas the WRX TD04 has a 5 bolt, non-compatible flange.

Default Down Pipe Flange

Okay I went outside and looked because I thought it was a 5 bolt flange I had and it deffinately is. I borrowed this from unique motor sports :
This is a picture of the IHI downpipe flange associated with the WRX and the same one that my car uses.

This is the flange associated with the legacy turbo and not what I have. Does that now mean a WRX turbo will bolt on?
Darshu,
What does the down pipe flange on your turbo look like?
Thanks Guys
Joshua

My RBH5 turbo that I had on my car definately had a 5 bolt flange, and bolted directly to a WRX downpipe that I was using for my turbo set up.
