Question Those of you with service manuals, gotta question...

I stopped by the part dept. today to get part numbers and pricing for the service manuals for my '98 RS. The parts guy told me that I'd have to buy several, depending on what I wanted to do. But then he did something cool. He took me to the service dept, and asked one of the lead techs to help me with some questions. The tech brought me to a room with a ton of manuals and he pulled two off the shelf. He proceded to tell me that if the techs need to do anything to the 98's they only need to consult manuals 9 & 10, since they cover everything from the engine to the suspension to the interior. Can anyone with the manuals confirm this? I'm hoping his info is correct.

Thanks in advance,
-Chris

Post

Cag,
#9 is the spec manual and #10 covers mostly the electrical of the vehicle. Compared to the Honda shop manual, its very lame.
