Default maximum injector duty cycle on stock injectors?

i'm curious to know what is the maximum duty cycle you can run on stock injectors safely? i was in the process of tuning my car today and hit 86% duty cycle at 4700rpm and 10.48ms injector pulse. a/f ratio was about 12.4:1 on fjo wideband. boost was only 4.2psi with t3/t4 turbo and fmic. i do have a set of rc440 injectors but haven't put them in yet because i'm a little worried about how the fit in the MY00+RS intake manifolds and also don't have any time to do it. i read on a previous post the avo kit runs stock injectors up to 94% duty cycle with the link. how safe is running injector duty cycles that high?

btw i'm running haltech e6k ecu.

pic from haltech log(circled where i hit 86% duty cycle):

hey hows it goin? im running the link here in edmonton and id like to meet up with you sometime. as for as the 86% goes, i wouldnt worry about it to much, just watch that it doesnt climb much higher and itll be cool. also i had the rc440s on my my00rst and they fit ok, just make sure the spacers that came with them size up properly and they shouldnt leek. if they do leek youll know right away, i did have this problem at first and the hissed like crazzy

i have always been told that when you are trying to tune for safety and durablity, over 70% is already too much but thats for the tec2 gen-heads.. get bigger injectors...

thanks for the tips on the RC injectors. when i get some time i'll swap them in. lol. don't want to do it now because i don't want to completely retune the fuel maps. anyways i'd be glad to hook up with you sometime. maybe on a weekend or something.. check out each others setup, share tips,.. etc. we could probably organize something in the albertasubaru subaru group.

i have always been told 80-85% duty cycle. but like i siad above, the avo kit runs stock injectors up to 94% injector cycle. not sure how they are getting away with this.. but quite a few people have the kit and it seems to work fine. in any case when i get some time i will put the larger injectors in.

ya, thats where i got mine from, but if you want any power at all id say to get larger then 440's. i think they start to max out around 10psi or so, i cant remember exactly, i only had them on my car for about a month before i blew my original motor. now im running a much different settup
