Thumbs down Pics of the fastest 1/4 mile evAr!!! And other stuff.

Here is how 15.8 in the quarter mile appears:

Staging:

I got home last night and found out my monitor took a poop. It was a 4 year old moniter I got with my old Quantex system. The wife has been wanting a LCD monitor so she can front, and I figured this was a good time, so she talked me into it. I got a MAG 17" at Best Buy for like $380 after the rebate. I wanted a cheapie normal monitor, but this is what I got:

Our house is pretty much all buttoned up for the hurricane, the Scooby has been washed after the 750 mile trip and is tucked into the garage. Hope all turns out well and I look forward to several days without power.

If it weren't for that little shed there, that drag strip would look about as low-tech as 75-80.

15.8 isn't all that bad on a muggy summer day in stock trim and trying to be nice to your tranny and clutch....... at leat that's what I always tell myself

I wish I could agree that my car WAS stock and I was taking it easy. My full drag strip horror story can be found here, these were the pics from it. My mods are Perrin Pulley, Vishnu IC Hoses, Vishnu Uppipe, TurboXS Stealthback, Prodrive Muffler, Cobb AccessECU Stage 2, and a fiesty Trunk Monkey.

OK...... then you must weigh 700 pounds, right ?

haha. yeah, I think I posted in your other thread. Knock off 6 tenths from your sixty foot time and you'll knock off 1.5 seconds from your ET....... it's all in the sixty foot time.

Default What the heck

My bone stock wagon (for about a month) ran a 14.8 with me trying my best pulling a 1.9sec 60 foot. And myself weighing 210 pounds of pure muscle!
