Post How hard is a steering wheel swap on MY01

I am about to purchase a MOMO wheel and adaptor for my RS. I would like to know if it is a pain in the a$$ and is it worth doing? Thanks for the input.

I asked this same question for Rallispec, Inc. and here is what they said.

"Yes, we have these adapters in stock. However, they are intended for older
non-airbag equipped Subarus. They will fit the newer airbag equipped cars
and we have done many installations, however, it requires much custom work
to allow the center horn button to work and to retain the turn-signal cancel
feature. If you are able to bring your car to us we can do this work for
you. Otherwise we can supply the necessary parts already modified for you
at additional cost.

Subaru hub adapter alone runs $65
Subaru hub adapter w/ modified coil connector/turn signal assemly runs $125
(with $200 core unless original parts are returned to us)"
