i posted this on some other boards but i'm not to sure how many of you guys read other boards... seems this boards is not as active as others. well anyways i got this hood... but i don't really like it. i mean it was free so beggers can be too picky however i can gripe right.
it fit ok, not great, but it fit with the some small mods. i don't really care for the extra intercooling vent.. i mean it works (even though there is no intercooler) the hot heat excapes with the fans run. also the hood don't really match the car... so i'm thinking of painting it and just leaving the scoop carbon fiber. what you guys think? or hood pic or just cut and paste this http://www.geocities.com/chevy1998mo...nfiberhood.jpg

VIS maufactures it.. honestly i really don't like things made form overseas however the sad thing is i haven't seen anything really done good over here in the US not to meantion the time frame on getting things done. so the answer to your question on surface quality? not bad at all, actually good! as far a reinforments... you wanna elaborate? i can take a picture of it if you would like?
