Default Detroit area: I hate my job. Help me find a new one.

I will spare you my rant on about how much I hate my job. Does anyone around here know a company looking for a systems engineer? I am a mechanical engineer who does embedded algorithm design in the auto world.

Anything has got to be better than what I am doing.
-Work at home opportunities?
-Shoveling dung against the tide?

I hate my job too...someone find me a automotive logistics job in SE MI and I'll be very grateful. (mykr knocks on wood that one opportunity comes his way soon...)

I was so fed up with my job that I was about to quit over the weekend with all the aggrevation I had to put up with when I was on call.

Well I hate my job too. I'm looking to change some time if something opens up. I love computers, but I think I love cars more. My degree is in the A/V area but there is nothing out there.

Here is the web site of a warren based company that does controls and such in the auto area. One of the detroit area members that passed away (RIP Fred #92) used to work there.

Just thought I would share the wealth since there aren't many companies that are hiring or expanding. Ricardo seems to be hiring in a big way: http://www.ricardo.com The HR person also mentioned some 6 other jobs that she hadn't gotten around to posting on their web site yet.

I'm going in for an interview on Wednesday.
