Very very nice my friend. How much hp does it put to the wheels? My friend has one and is looking to do some major mods. The car looks very clean. Best Si I have ever seen.

looking for about 260 at the rubbers

i was thinking aboiut the J&S but then i figured that since the vortech system is sooo safe from the start, that i may as well save the cash and get a fully programable custom ECU and then work some sort of knock sensor into that.

it was considered...and along with a bigger pully will it will be added in the future.

Cool

Throttle,
nice car. The setup you mentioned should be good for 5.5sec 0-60 and 13.9-14.2 1/4mi on street tires--respectable by anyone's account. Welcome to the club and by the way what brings you here?

I have a civic si as well that i am trading in for one of the last 01 rs's. I like the Si but it's time for something new and different. plus i don't have that kind of money to drop to get to 260 HP! your car is dope though... mines not as badass, but it looks nice and holds its own

thanks for the compliment...i dislike when i get thrown into to a group like i usually do and probably all "normal" si drivers do. just too bad - like someone else on here said in another post - si's are a victim of their own success unfortunately. oh well

you can do an AWD conversion on a Civic?
I used to have an AWD Protege, and before that an All-Trac Corolla, but Civic? I never knew...

Gumball....from right near my home town...nice.

I had considered doing a major conversion...the fact of the matter is that regardless of the fact i work at a honda dealership and run a speed shop...it would have cost a bloody fortune.....much more than the on going work.

It has been done before, and im sure again...in much more detail. There are a few different donors...mainly the AWD civic which was only made for the JDM. The one i was considering was the driveline from saids awd civic and mating it with several parts from the USDM CRV.....suffice it to say.....costly at the least.
