Question Problem w/ TRI Tuning

Hi everyone,

I ordered an I-Ornament from the GB that held by TRI Tuning earlier. After I put down my order and paid, I had not followed the GB news any more. Till last week, I found out from Chris in TRI Tuning that the GB was total and needed to be reordered. So, I called them before they reordered again to take my name off the buy list because I won't be at home for three weeks starting next friday; therefore, I won't be able to receive any packages during that time (that's why I need to cancel the order). However, I emailed him twice about the refund and he just ignored me. Do anyone know what's the deal with him? This situation appears to me quite ridiculous. I mean, if I was not able to get off the list, I should still get a notice from him (but nope, not at all); and if he chose to give me the refund, then please show me the money!

Since I tried contacting him so many times and failed, if anyone out there who can help me, I would really appreciate it. Thank you.

Patrick

Yup. I tried calling them, and there was only answering machine. You know, I am just feeling so frustrated about this. I mean, whatever the decision would be, I should receive some respond, right? I hope this posting would get their attention. And I hope people would continue giving me advice on how to deal w/ this mess.

Hi everyone,

I just got a hold w/ Chris from TRI Tuning. Everything is all set, and it appears there is some misunderstanding between us. So, the mess is clear up, everythign looks fine again! Thank you for your help and I hope this won't affect the image of TRI Tuning. If I caused any inconvenience, hope anyone who is affected would understand. Thanks again.

I'll throw in a good word for Faraz. He got things straighted out for me. Seems like a good guy.

Just keep calling. And I mean call with the phone. Often. They will sort things out; you just need to be persistant, but don't get mean.

Hi Faraz. This is ARG. I PayPal'd you guys about a week ago. I checked my PayPal account and they funds went through. I sent $98.00 dollars for a Cusco lower bar and an STi titanium emblem plus $12.00 dollars shipping. I just want to make sure that you guys did get the order and the funds. Let me know when you expect the items to arrive.

Best regards!

ARG- no we haven't forgotten you don't worry remember I took your order.

People please just contact us instead of just posting without contacting us...It makes us look bad, before we were even given a chance. No one here would dare do that to ISR, Rallispec, Trey, Teague's, even JC ...But because we are so active on the board people just post without contacting us.
Please first email tri tuning, then call, if you still are having trouble PM ME...it will never go farther than that. I promise not one person who contacted me doesn't get a answer. Ask Anyone!...and please gimme at least a day to reply. Every other Tuner gets a day.

This post is to clarify that I wasnt trying to be short with TRi Tuning or Faraz. I guess it came off that way, but I was just concerned for my shifter and the others who opted for it also. I do want to say that I have never had a prob with TRi Tuning in any way. Everytime I call someone picks up and are very nice to talk with. I hope my short post didnt seem as if I was being negative. I have nothing but positive feedback about you guys and your business.

That's true what Faraz said about PM'ing him. I was on at close to midnight PST and got a response in under 10 mins. I know it won't be like that all the time, but it shows that he'll get back to you just as fast as he can!
