I'll look again tonight....but I don't think the Borla comes anywhere near the swaybar. (Not any closer than the stock header anyways.)

I had no problem keeping it well clear of the swaybar, but depending on the fittment of your other exhaust pieces, you may have a problem with the front crossmember. I have a FrankenSports (mix/match) system - borla - random - stromung - Sti, and I had a serious clearance problem. I bashed the living crap out of my tube, to flatten it for clearance. Which ended up being a waste, once I totally refit the entire thing, stem to stern. Depending on flanges, donuts (mmm...donuts) and gaskets, you may come up short, or have to shoehorn those pipes in there. Long story short, the header itself clears perfectly when attached by itself to the block, but depending on what comes afterward, thereis the potential for headache. Most likely not with the swaybar - in fact I don't think it's physically possible, if everything's in the proper shape.

Recently I have got the cusco swaybar and the bar is touching the heat shield badly. I wonder if Borla header will have more clearance than stock header. I just need ~1/2 inch more clearance than stock.

Whoever has the borla, please tell me how much clearance you have.

Andy
