Default 2004 Station Wagon Turbo Finaly

The Liberty/Legacy Wagon turbo is finally coming to Australia. I have waited for ever for this car

I am not to sure about the new styling of the 2004 model, But I will have to wait and see it in real life before I pass judgement

I do hear that your STI (2.5) is having some issues with its engine, I hope those arent transplanted over to the 2.5 of the legacy.

Yes its a shame that we just fall in line with the rest of the world with our cars and dont get special engines for our cars... And that we had WRX's here since the early nineties. Its such a shame.. I do feel so left out

Glad to hear that.

When I first saw this one though my first thought was "yes finally the B4 wagon" but then I saw it was missing a turbo. And it looks like the B4 has been dropped from the line up

there were problems with the turbo 2.5L? what were they? i only know of the head gasket problems on the 98-99 2.5L DOHC non-turbo motors, and the two engines are not really related

Yes.

The STi's, and only the STi's, are getting detonation under heavy load and certain condiitons, around 4k RPM.

A reflash fixes it, or, ironically, a Vishnu stage 1, which actually gives you more power than stock with better driveability.
